This two-year diploma program is based on the BC Provincial Tourism Management curriculum and meets all the requirements of the Tourism Management common core curriculum. Fall semester courses begin the first week of September.
Graduates may be well positioned for a career path leading to management training or to entrepreneurial positions within the industry.
Students who earn a Tourism and Recreation Management Diploma can continue their studies at a number of Canadian institutions to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management.
In BC, diploma students are admitted to the third year of a Tourism Management Degree at:

·Vancouver Island University
