NIC’s diverse Business programs prepare students for entry into today’s competitive marketplace. Co-operative Education

Business students put their skills to work with Co-operative Education, paid work terms that give participants professional experience and great employer connections. Through placements in local and provincial industries, students are able to apply their learning and gain valuable hands-on experience before graduation, giving them a valuable head start towards a great career. International Exchange

Business students can participate in international exchange programs which provide hands-on international trade education. Students can study in Germany, Mexico, France, Poland and the US, working as part of a team on actual import/export projects. Visit Study Abroad for details.

Professional Opportunities

Graduates of the Bachelor of Business Administration degree are prepared to move directly into the Chartered Accountant School of Business (CASB), the Certified General Accountant PACE program, or (upon successful completion of two additional CMA courses and the CMA entrance exam) the Certified Management Accountant Strategic Leadership program. NIC BBA graduates also meet the CGA Association’s Bachelor Degree requirement.
