ALTERNATIVE ENERGY ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
•The Alternative (Sustainable) Energy Engineering Technology Program is a three year program with a co-op component that provides students with a combination of theory and application skills in current and emerging energy technologies.

•Graduates will deal with the integration of current energy sources along with newly developing alternative green energy sources as well as distribution systems.

•These specialists will be given the technical and applied knowledge in renewable energy concepts combined with energy efficient design principals.



CHEMICAL PRODUCTION & POWER ENGINEERING
•This program will provide graduates with the knowledge of the principles underlying the complex technologies used in today’s processing industries. These industries include: oil and chemical processing, power production, steel production, food processing, pulp and paper, etc.

•Graduates will comprehend regulations pertaining to environmental and health and safety legislation. In addition, graduates will have had the academic preparations to write Operating Engineering examinations.

•The curriculum is structured to enable students to progress from engineering and science fundamentals through equipment, chemical process and control systems to plant operations.



INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
•This program provides the learner with the academic & motor skills necessary to pursue a career in the measurement & control of complex industrial & electrical processes. Modern process, industrial, & manufacturing instrumentation has created the need for highly skilled people trained in the use of measurement & control devices.

•The operation & design of these instrumentation devices requires a thorough understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, & pneumatic principles.

•Graduates of this program will be competent to plan, design, install, operate, & maintain complex systems that produce materials of high quality.
