For students interested in riding, QMS offers an optional on campus equestrian program. The QMS Equestrian Program produces knowledgeable, skilled, responsible, interactive members of the equestrian community, whether they ride competitively or for fun. Rider training focuses on Hunter/Jumper with dressage and Eventing also offered. Clinics by industry leaders are also offered regularly throughout the year. Graduates of the QMS Equestrian program are seen as exceptionally well educated both in the saddle and in the barn. QMS offers completion of the Equine Canada Rider Levels and hosts Equine Canada Level One Instructor and Coach examinations annually.

Each rider’s schedule is designed individually to ensure that riding fits into day-to-day life at QMS. Riders have the option of bringing their own horse or leasing one locally. QMS offers both an indoor and outdoor riding with stabling for 40 horses. Our three coaches are level two and level one Equine Canada certified.
