We are delighted to present the February 2004 issue of FOCALPOINT: Spotlight on the Americas, a monthly electronic newsletter that combines news and analysis.   This edition can only be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded without cost by visiting www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
 
Spotlight on the Americas has several purposes: produce a quality news analysis product; provide a free English-language forum for analysis from and about Latin America; and represent diverse perspectives from the government, academia, business and the non-profit sector.
