APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND  REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR A CAQ:
I.	Students going to study in the province of Quebec in Canada will be required to apply for the Canadian Study Permit as well as the 'Certificat d' Acceptation du Quebec' (CAQ). However, students will have to apply and receive approval for the CAQ first before applying for the Canadian Study Permit.
II.	Once you have been accepted by an institution in Quebec, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance along with the appropriate CAQ application form.  If for some reason, you don't receive the CAQ application form, CLICK HERE to download a copy of the CAQ Form.
III.	Upon receipt of the CAQ application form, you should complete it and courier it to the Immigration Quebec Office along with all the requested supporting documentation. IV.	As soon as your CAQ application has been approved by the Immigration Quebec office, the approved CAQ document will be mailed to you and a copy faxed to the High Commission of Canada (HCC) in Kuala Lumpur. Once you have received the approved CAQ document in the mail or contacted by the HCC, you can then begin applying for your Canadian Study Permit.
