Study Permit Application Procedures
For Student Applying From Singapore

The Application forms are in Adobe Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format). You will need the Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or later), available free of charge at the Adobe Web site, to view or print these documents.

Completed IMM1294
Additional Information Forms
Processing Fee of C$125 bankdraft made payable to Receiver General For Canada.
No more Q-ing at banks! Bankdrafts may be purchased by cash at the Canadian Education Centre.
Total of 6 passport-sized photographs. See Photo Specification
Photocopy of your Birth Certificate &/or Marriage Certificate.
Original & Photocopy of the Letter of Acceptance.
Photocopy of your Passport &/or relevant Travel Documents.
Proof of Funds for tuition fees & living expenses for AT LEAST ONE ACADEMIC YEAR (usually 8 months). Please refer to your Letter of Acceptance for approximate estimate.
Custodianship Declaration ( from Canada and your parent/guardian ).

Application has to be submitted outside of Canada.
Medical exam by approved panel of doctors. This instructions will be given to you a few days after you have submitted your application.
The immigration office will follow up by mail.

Original Letter of Acceptance.
One passport-size photograph.
Photocopy of passport's identity page(s)
Processing Fee of C$100 bankdraft made payable to Ministre des Finances du Québec
No more Q-ing at banks! Bankdrafts may be purchased by cash at the Canadian Education Centre.

Custodianship Declaration ( from Canada and your parent/guardian ).
